We are a small family-run, artisan pizza company nestled in the leafy suburbs of Milltimber, near Aberdeen on the east coast of Scotland.

We pride ourselves on producing authentic tasting artisan pizza using the highest quality Italian ingredients. We are also very fortunate to have amazing local produce on our doorstep and love to feature these when we can (get in touch if you’d like to collaborate!).

Inspired by the pizzas of Naples, the “Neapolitan” pizza is characterised by a thin crisp base, pillowy crust and beautiful simple flavours. It’s our favourite pizza variety but that’s not to say all pizza isn’t wonderful.

We love to feed people with the food we love to eat. This is our pizza passion.

“It all started with the purchase of an Uuni 2 oven about 7 years ago, and the dream of making delicious homemade pizza with the kids. Little did I know that pizza would become such a passion.

I would make pizzas for friends and family. Just for fun. The kids helping with stretching and loading the pizzas with their choice of toppings. They were good, sometimes a little misshapen, but they tasted nice. However, I knew they could be better!

Fortuitously, COVID came along and inspired me to improve how my pizzas tasted, and looked! During lockdown I started doing loads of research and managed to source some amazing Italian flour and tomatoes. Instantly, the taste of the pizzas transformed! And the purchase of the Famag mixer (which weighs over 25kg!) meant that the most labour-intensive part of the process was super quick and easy!

Then one night, I made the crazy decision to go all in, with the purchase of “Milly”, our converted vintage Rice horse-box! So pizzas are an obsession that I now hope to turn into a successful family business. Alongside a full time job, parenthood and studying for an MSc! I think I need my head examined!!
