Pizza Mortadella
What do we love about the Mortadella Pizza? Well, Mortadella is a sumptuous and delicious soft Italian ham. Traditionally served with pistachios. So that is what we have done here. Chopped and toasted in the pizza oven to release all the lovely aromas and flavour. We have paired it with a béchamel sauce (cheese sauce), lemon zest (to really cut through the richness of the pork), and fresh bail, rocket and extra virgin olive oil. Bellissimo!
